Have you ever come home from vacation more exhausted than when you left? Usually, this happens when you try to cram in too many activities. Or to the other extreme, you laze around the pool, doing absolutely nothing besides overindulging in food and drink. Either way, you may be missing the whole point of vacation – to refresh and reinvigorate yourself. As soon as you get back to “the real world,” anxiety quickly piles up again.
